We live in Texas so we know fajitas. We eat authentic Tex-Mex food constantly. We worked with respected chefs and pitmasters until we perfected the right formula. We hope you are going to love this authentic southwestern fajita seasoning with a hint of citrus.

HOLY VOODOO SEASONING

Matt has long been influenced by Cajun cooking and that is where this seasoning gets its roots. It's more savory than many of our existing sweet profile BBQ seasonings and also has some amazing back end heat provided by Matt's signature jalapeño.

 

Holy Voodoo is great on poultry, ribs, vegetables and more. It is fantastic on both fried and smoked turkeys. Meat Church Ambassadors have already been winning ribs and chicken in competition with this seasoning as well.  This savory rub has a Cajun influence and a Texas jalapeño kick!

THE HOLY GOSPEL BBQ RUB
The Holy Gospel BBQ Rub. A mashup of our popular Holy Cow beef seasoning and The Gospel All Purpose rub. 

 

NO, it's not 50-50. This took tons of test cooks to get it right. We saw plenty of folks mashing two rubs together plus acted on customer feedback of Holy Cow being too much of a black pepper punch or Gospel needing a little more. Whatever the case, this blend is great on ribs, chicken and beef!

HOLY COW BBQ RUB
This BBQ rub screams Texas! If you have been to Franklin, Kreuz, Blacks or Smittys then you know what I am talking about. This beefy BBQ seasoning is fantastic on brisket, tri-tip and steaks, but can be applied to anything you like. Many folks love it on chicken and burgers.
