These chunks have quite the story. First, they were an American white oak barrel that aged the finest Kentucky Bourbon for 4+ years. Then, after being freshly emptied by the distillery, craft breweries aged some of the best stouts in the industry. Finally, the barrels were sent to our warehouse, where a member of the Midwest Barrel Co. team hand cut them into chunks.
